First, list all of your income streams whether or not you are making money off of them, this for you includes public speaking, books, shirts, supplements, 1-on-1 training and more if you have them.
List all of them on a sheet of paper, you can even list future income streams.
Now let’s look into the sales funnel itself, this is how someone is introduced to your brand and how they buy things from you. The top of your sales funnel (look at diagram below) is going to be your freebie, you make no money off of it. The bottom is going to be the highest margin thing you sell. Probably training packages for you in particular.

Make one of these diagrams to see how HOW you make money vs the sales funnel (a website or multiple systems put together). This diagram I made in Canva yet a pin and paper will do just fine.
Walk through your sales funnel as one of your new customers. Sales funnel starts at the top of the pyramid with a FREEBIE or something you are willing to give away for free like a PDF, an eBook, a mini-course if you have one.
What you sell them should be in the order of the margins they bring you. Reorganize your business for me so I can see everything you have going on regarding income streams. Then create the sales funnel with your business systems this is usually your website, your CRM, your email letter software system. The resources you already have and if you don’t have these systems there are free versions of each online, do research and ask around for the best for you.
There should be only one diagram, don’t make 2!!! When you’re done just take a pic and send it back to me to review. Once you have your diagram you are ready to start setting up the system itself.
